| Will Bueché (May
2001) "The
layout of the characters is based on a promo
flier that Westwood sent to stores; the images
are taken from Westwood's website. Beyond the
visual dedication to the film that is apparent in
every game-scene, the game provides a storyline
worthy of the Blade Runner name, steeped in
paranoia and fragile dreams.
...If another game company
would only pick up the license, it is a world
that many fans would no doubt enjoy returning to."

| Shannon Potratz (May
2001) "This is a desktop
image that I created for myself composed of
various Blade Runner images I was able to find
via the web as well as my own resources."

| Sergio Requena (June
2001) "Environment.
Itīs the key.
Itīs like a dream, itīs so so far away inside
our minds ..."

| Jorge Morales (July
2001) "Hi and greetings
from Spain! I am a BR fanatic and some years ago
I created a series of graphics to promote the
possibility of Johnnie Walker to release a
special whisky bottle commemorating the upcoming
20th anniversary of BR. This is, perhaps, the
best one."

| Jorge Morales (July
2001) "Here's another one.
A loyal reproduction of an 'Off World'
advertisement created for the film but finally
unused. I think it's perfect to use as wallpaper!"

| Xavier
Garcia (October 2001) "This was originally intended
for a Photoshop contest on creating a bladerunner
sequel lobby poster. I missed my deadline, but
nevertheless came up with this. The idea of using
a white background with the images gives a sense
of depth and texture. Brando as replicant?...a
must see!"

| Xavier
Garcia (October 2001) "This was the second attempt at
creating a lobby poster as a teaser. This time, I
began to play with bladerunner motifs, such as
the Chinese lettering, the red laser eye on
Ricci, snipes as bladerunner caught between two
women, the bladerunner as loner in street. Its
interesting how manipulating a few images around
the screen can convey a new thought or another
new image in the mind."

| Xavier
Garcia (October 2001) "At this point, I was immersed
in symbology and the mythical perspectives of the
original bladerunner novel by Philip Dick. I read
the novel back in 89'. I believed that the
Deckard character in the book is a symbol of
isolation and despair. The futuristic man must
come face to face with his true self. Thus, this
image was an attempt at objectifying the
realities that deckard had to accept. I think I
will continue to experiment on this theme and
expand on it by using Bladerunner as a canvas."

| M.
S. Cao (November 2001) "I've tried to express two of
the themes from the movie in this
composition. The first is the inner turmoil felt
by Deckard as he carries out his assignment
while, at the same time, having feelings for
Rachael. Although their future is not certain,
their fate is somewhat happier than the one
expressed in the second theme, which is that of
the love between the replicants Roy and Pris and
their sad demise."

| Robin Vincent (November
2001) "I
tried to capture the overall mood of the film by using
a lot of dark and washed out colours. This, the
smooth gradients, and the fairly simple design
also make sure the desktop doesn't feel
'cluttered'; I always keep in mind that I
will probably have a tenfold of icons on top
of it which I want to be readable!"

| Michael
Sholl (January 2002) Richard Gunn: "I'm not sure if
Michael intended this image to be a desktop
wallpaper, but here it is anyway. I very much
like the 'aura' effect around Roy. Perhaps
replicants do have souls after all..."
