Retro Runner
Celso S. Souza has sent me his retro perspective of Blade Runner, all drawn by himself.
"It's been a long time since I start the idea of an adaptation, of Blade Runner to comics language and distribute it freely using the internet (only in dreams I would have money to pay the copyrights to publish it in the good ol' paper way). But doing it is more to satisfy myself 'cause I love this movie and when the Marvel comics adaptation came, I simply feel horrible about that work! So since that time, I dreamt of making my own version of the film. With my entrance in the world of digital art things sems to be more viable. The difference is instead of the gothic look the movie shows, I decided to put an art deco mood, inspired in the sceneries of Batman Animated and Dean Motter's Mr. X. It's been hard work, but I think i'm finished until the end of the year now!
