This is a very rare Blade Runner item that is very hard to come by.  Released in 1982 by Walkerprint Publications London, this magazine/poster is one cool item I was lucky enough to get.  It's basically a scaled down version of the Official Blade Runner Press Kit released by Warner Bros., to promote the film before its release, although I can't officially confirm this.  It contains all the basic BR goodness and features some really nice pictures.  The magazine opens up into a huge 33" x 23" poster, which is similar looking to the French movie poster. If you are lucky enough to find it, pick it up.  It will be worth the asking price.
