Greg Hanson is the proud owner of Deckard's business suit and he had the rare chance to meet with Harrison Ford back in February (2000), stirring up a bit of Blade Runner history!
Here's what Greg had to say:
"I met Harrison at the taping of Inside The Actor's Studio in NYC about a month and a half ago. Harrison was quite interested in the shirt and tie, and spent more time with me than he usually does with a "fan" I'm told. Another thing to note is that I have been told by many that he doesn't really smile for fans when posing for a picture, but he clearly seemed to enjoy the moment and even smiled for my picture with him!"
Greg's keeping the shirt and tie, but put the Jacket up on EBAY. If you're quick you might still be able to put in a bid!

"Unfortunately, it's not cheap. I wish I could afford to keep it, but other things have come up. I'm keeping the shirt and tie. I wasn't sure if I was actually going to be able to meet Harrison, so I didn't take the jacket because it was too bulky for me to pack. I wish I had found a way to take it now!"
Here's the description from the auctioning block:

You are witnessing the offering of perhaps the most important piece of motion picture clothing to ever hit Ebay - Harrison Ford's rough-woven silk trench jacket from Blade Runner! What a great piece to have on display in your home or office!
As many of you know, Harrison Ford has been a leading force in the motion picture industry, having starred in such wonderful and memorable films as Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark, American Graffiti, Frantic, Patriot Games, Regarding Henry, The Mosquito Coast, Working Girl, Sabrina, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and so many more! However, to many fans of the Sci-Fi world, Harrison's performance as Rick Deckard in Blade Runner is probably the most acclaimed over any other role.
If you're a fan of props and costumes from some of Hollywood's biggest features and t.v. shows, then you know how difficult it is to find anything from a film so wonderful as Blade Runner. I myself have been a collector of this type of memorabilia for the past 11 years, and this was the first Harrison Ford costume piece from Blade Runner I had ever seen offered for sale! I obtained this jacket from Bonhams auction house of England last year, but other financial emergencies have now forced me to sell it. Included with this lot is the original Bonhams tag (which is still attatched to the jacket by string - see photo), and the original letter of authenticity by the costume designer, Charles Knode! Provenance doesn't get much better than that! In the letter, Mr. Knode states, "To Whom It May Concern: Lot 110. The russet silk trench jacket was specifically designed for Harrison Ford in the film Blade Runner by myself. Charles Knode". Blade Runner was honored with Academy Award nominations for its Art Direction, Set Decoration, and Visual Effects; now you can own a part of the beauty that *is* Blade Runner!
Harrison wore this jacket throughout the film, more often under his long overcoat, but can be seen very clearly in Tyrell's office while giving the Voight-Kampff test to Rachel. Another great shot in the film of this jacket is when Harrison takes it off in his bathroom. Charles Knode kept a couple of costumes from Blade Runner, including this jacket. If not for him, this awesome jacket would still be "lost"! I'm not sure how Mr. Knode stored it all these past 19 years, because there appears to be a small fabric panel missing on the left breast section, and a button on the right sleeve. All in all, this is still in great shape based on its age, and is still a very rare piece!
