Some time ago, a French Blade Runner fan visiting New York City made an interesting discovery . . . the American Museum of the Moving Image had in it's posession the miniature model of the Tyrell Pyramid. Our new friend told us about it and after several unsuccessful attempts to get some information from the museum, Gary managed to dig up a bit more . . . AMMI also has in their collection, two set construction drawings for the Warner Bros. backlot. The drawings, one by Bill Skinner and one by T Duffield Jr., were donated to the museum by David Snyder, the art director for "Blade Runner". The Tyrell miniature was donated by BR's chief model maker, Mark Stetson. We hope to get more information on these items in the future.
