These 3 shots were sent to us by a fan.  Another fan said it was from Trancers.  Having not seen the film since it's release, I cannot vouch for it being from that film. The spinner is of course Deckard's sedan.

 

These two shots are from the film Solar Crisis starring Tim Matheson and Charelton Heston. This is the "spider" spinner.  Deckard's sedan was also used but I haven't found a shot of it yet.
